REMIDAG is an Italian family-owned company with over thirty years of experience in professional equipment for the HORECA sector. We design and manufacture professional coffee grinders and bar equipment, exporting Italian excellence to more than 60 countries worldwide.

REMIDAG is, above all, a team. Led by Renato, founder and head of the family, the company has passed its values and expertise to the next generation, Gloria, Matteo, and Dario, and to the entire team. Everyone plays a key role in development, production, and strategy.

Founder & Longtime Leader
He is the heart of the company, bringing over 30 years of experience in the world of coffee, from design to a deep understanding of the needs of bars and restaurants. He works closely with Matteo and Dario to pass on not only technical expertise but also passion. His vision continues to guide the company today: combining the strength of tradition with the ability to evolve, while always keeping quality and the customer at the center of everything.
Gloria
Strategic Direction & Vision
She manages relationships with customers worldwide, along with planning and performance oversight. Gloria strongly believes in listening: “understanding the customer’s needs comes first.” She transforms direct feedback, from baristas, distributors, roasters, and internal teams, into concrete improvements, whether it’s a new requirement, a product refinement, or faster service.
MATTEO
Production & Quality Control
He manages the production line, overseeing materials and components while paying close attention to every detail. He ensures that every coffee grinder leaving the facility meets the highest standards of consistency, precision, and finishing. For Matteo, every grinder must stand for reliability, there is no room for compromise.
Dario
Research & Development
He is not only in charge of the precision mechanical department but also looks to the future: studying trends, exploring new technologies, and finding ways to improve efficiency, noise reduction, and durability. He spends a lot of time checking prototypes and testing every component, knowing that “the difference is in the details.” He works closely with production to experiment, test, and refine.

Sales & Customer Relations
She is the connection between your needs and our production. She manages communication, logistics, and distribution. “The customer comes first” is not just a statement, it is the way she works. As your first point of contact with REMIDAG, she plays a key role in building trust from the very first interaction.
